CD Cover Design Brief

I am an executive director in an assisted living facility. I have just started speaking, training, and coaching in the Senior Living Industry. I have 4 audio files that I want to put to a CD. The names of the CD's are:

1- Leadership - Creating A Culture of Excellence in Senior Living
2- The Purpose of Your Senior Living Business
3- A Leaders Vision - Your Attention Becomes Your Intention
4- Group Interviews -A Secret in Employee Retention

I think I can use the same CD cover for each CD. I just need the same design but 4 different ones with the names above. So everything will be the same but the name change. The inside cover will be I will consider other colors but it would be great if it would look good with the logo. I also need help with designing the CD face itself. I will be using a standard Jewel CD case. I need the front cover, the inside cover, and the back. The logo will be on all three.

On the front:

Part of me thinks it should be a clean simple design with my logo, my picture, and the title. But I am also curious about the picture of me with the elderly lady. - I need the 4 designs that are the same except the title.

On the Inside:

It can be the same design but the wording will be specific to that CD and the 4 insides will be:

I have a short turn around time and need designs quickly. I also need help with designing the CD. My picture, the logo, and the Title.
