Web Design Brief

I am creating a prep class for students before they enter college. The class is designed to help them prepare for the EQ challenges of college life.

I am starting from scratch and am looking to create a basic website that has an About section, Program information, Contact Info and Sign up. It doesn't necessarily have to collect payments online but if it can that would be an added bonus. Or the ability to add that functionality in the future is key.

I am also looking to create logo for the course as well.

I've attached a rough layout of what I'm looking for. However I'm hoping to find someone with creative talents that can build upon this or come up with something clean, easy to use and inviting.
