and in pdf there are some boxes ...what is that?/ no description for that?

Usually the boxes in the footer should be logos of partners like DHL, pament system, trusted shop,etc...

In the wireframes in German just use the navigation with the categories that are mentionned, the rest can be in English

just upload the categories in German as they are, for the rest you can design in english.
