You seem to like the idea of a seal (from what I can see in your files). If a seal was used it may have to work better with your current logo. How open are you to having the logo slightly amended? Or should it stay as it is?

The head and the name underneath are a copywrite and trade mark logo of our company and the design itself must stay the same. However you create the designe of the box you can eaither use the head and name together or just use the name by itself.
