Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo for new logistics company: MV LOGISTICS
Looking for something simple but modern, great looking, universal (this logo will be use on over the road trucks - logo can be see in all states, also logo will go on paychecks, business cards, envelops, websites).
Not looking for any bright and warm colors like orange, yellow, pink, purple. Lets try to stay in blue-black-red options or something that will look "sexy". This logo will be used as a signs on trucks (and trucks are mostly white and red) so black/blue looks nice (would be looking nice on red background)
You can maybe put a truck logo somewhere in there (or any other sign that might be familiar with transport/logistics). I don't want nothing big, not like big truck in logo, maybe just contours of truck or transport sign.
It is trucking company, not air or railroad or ocean so lets not do any signs of transport that will not represent MV LOGISTICS. Its a ground transportation company
Please do not use old school or any crazy fonts, please do something modern, easy to read, but sexy looking. I think blue-black colors will do the work. Lets also keep logo MV LOGISTICS in one line, lets not try to make logo big. Lets try to do modern looking, easy to read, darker colors, sexy looking logo for a ground transportation/logistics company.
