Could I perhaps see what it would look like with the text wrapped around the inside of perimeter of the logo? The blue gumball head is just slightly too dark and it makes the face hard to see. Maybe some white in the eyes and some teeth? Perhaps the face should have an evil smirk of determination? Instead of the scooter coming straight at me, how about if it is sort of bursting into the scene from an angle with the character just barely holding on.
