Well, I don't really understand what that means or how all of this works. We did the refundable because we want to get as many options and have as much flexibility as possible from a variety of people. We worked with an advertising agency once already and it gave us a limited point of view because they only had one designer.

You will get better ideas from better designers if the payment is guaranteed.. otherwise most designers won't waste their time. :)

I think you just forfeit the money if you don't like any of the designs. If you don't guarantee it you can get a refund. Risk either way, I guess!

see what happens sometimes...people take ideas and go and then design same design from cheap designer. its like copying the concept, so designers find little risk while doing that... and it takes hell lot of time to understand the company and suggest appropriate design for it.

I hope you get my point...
