Logo Design Brief

I am a plumber in Melbourne, victoria. I am just starting out my own and my company name is smart choice plumbing. I am mainly involved in the building industry and work on new homes and renovations installing new bathrooms, kitchens and laundrys, etc. I would like the logo to show that we are involved in plumbing but at the same time be quite a sophisticated logo.
I dont want pictures of any taps or tools in the logo.
