Logo Design Brief

I need a stand out logo for my new business 'Limestone Coast Inspired'. The limestone Coast is situated in the South East of South Australia and I travel throughout SA and interstate showcasing, promoting and selling the very best the Limestone Coast has to offer. Wine and food product promotion & sales are the initial focus of my new venture with the intent to expand to include accommodation and tourist activities/experiences down the track. I would like my logo to focus on the Limestone Coast aspect rather than individual products as specific clients in my portfolio may change or vary over time. Inclusion of blues in design possibly? but not essential. Excited to see what you can offer - thanks!
