Vector Design Brief

I am renovating a kitchen and am incorporating a sliding glass door for the entry to my pantry from the main kitchen area (side view drawing below). The glass panels will be suspended from a wall mounted running track (Geze Levolan 150).

I need a black and white design with specifications issued to me by my glazier (below) for a double glass sliding door (Right side fixed panel, left side sliding) so that the glass panels can be sandblasted according to the design you provide me:

'image will need to be in EPS or AL format. It must be a vector image with no layers
Minimum of 300dpi – can be as big as you can make it'

The glass panels will be of the following dimensions:
Height - 220cm
Width - 80cm

There will be 2 glass door panels side by side as per the jpeg image attached below.

I basically need an image file of high quality that can be scaled to the above dimensions as close as possible to the design shown in the photo attached. We like this frosted vertical concentric oval design and want you to replicate it in a vector image for us so that we can give it to the glazier who can then use the image to produce the effect on the glass panels.

The frosted portions of the glass doors should be in black and the transparent areas in white - thus only a black and white image.

I would need one separate image file for the left side door/panel and one separate file for the right side door/panel.
