Logo Design Brief

I am in need of a logo design to represent my hair salon. The name of my salon is 'Salon 713'. I am an independent hair professional. Therefore, I would like my logo design to represent my style and personality. I want the colors to be black, purple and pink. Highlights of gold and/or silver is fine as well. I am thinking of a cameo but an updated, slightly trendy but yet classic look. Ideally, the frame (like a mirror) is black (gold is option) but ornate in design. The silhouette is an outline of a face, you can emphasize lips and long lashes but I would like the hair to be flowing in purple and pink. Purple and pink can be darker tones. Multi tonal is even better. NO PASTELS. Hair texture can be wavy or loose curls. The bottom of frame has a banner that reads 'Salon 713'. I would like a fleur de lis and a pair of shears incorporated in logo. Fleur de lis could be incorporated in top of the frame and I would like shears to be incorporated in the 'Salon 713'.
