Attorneys Jerome Cohen and Clifford Bordeaux have recently formed a partnership. Both attorneys specialize in bankruptcy law. However, the firm also seeks clients for transactional work (mergers and acquisitions, secured financing, etc.). Our working draft logo is attached, but we want something that looks more polished and professional. Open to different color combinations and themes.
