Postcard Design Brief
Our firm name is Judd B. Shaw Attorneys at Law. We exclusively handle personal injury and PIP arbitration cases.We are experienced aggressive and determined, attorneys. We are result and relationship driven. We would like to be the premier law firm in our new area of Red Bank (Central New Jersey). We represent people who have been injured in accidents (motor vehicle, slip and fall, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home injuries, workers comp,and premise and product liability) and the medical providers who treat them.
We will need a post card to mail to medical providers. The biggest portion of our business is that we represent doctors who have treated injured parties. This is called "No-Fault Personal Injury Protection Arbitration". What we do is file a law suit against the car insurance company to pay for medical bills that they have denied or gone unpaid. We have collected over millions of dollars for medical providers.
This post card will need to pass a "gate keeper" as most doctors do not sort their own mail. This card needs to stand out. On the post card we will need our signature logo, which is attached on the letterhead provided.
