I didn''t know you could see the other designs. I wish I could just delete multiple designs w/out all the extra prompting but I can''t.   I have started eliminating though.

MHALLETT, I need hi-res so that I can use the logo on multiple formats such as banners/clothing/posters etc.

Hi, We can't see other designs but if you eliminate then people know they weren't on the right track and might have another go and nail a good design :)

my designer friends
waht for u teach the project owner
u think he dosen't knows how to eliminate or select it
i liked the comments of BLESS DESIG N
he is having the same power as me to speak it truthly
my designer friends don't work hard on this project as HE as already selected n invited the good desingers
its foolishness of designers to work on this project as the owner thinks giving $ 400 to designer he buy's the world of designer
hope my designers friends understand n stand for there own honour as we r designers n not common people

Thanks for the extra info. The designs I have are 500mm X 500mm 300 res, so if needed they can be resized as 75 res is generally a good standard. I have multiple different designs INC colour scheme etc. If I uploaded my latest standard logo, would you comment on if it fits your criteria as I think I have matched your brief - If it is on the right path for your logo, I would be happy to upload different colours etc.

For Fuze:
There is some controversy in the design community as to what constitutes a high value design. Some people look at a design with a lot of detail and with shading and effects as high value while some people think that simple, no effects designs like McDonald's and Coca-Cola symbolize high value.

I think it would help us to understand better what you want, what your vision is if you post links to, or names of some other logos that you like, that you feel are high value. Maybe we can see the style and get a feeling for your tastes. Thanks!

Deanna,

Thank you for your response. I agree and it is apparent here.  I feel that the dislikes and desires I listed were clear but the majority of the contributors ignored it.  It could possibly be the language barrier... not sure.  The brief had me select the HARLEY DAVIDSON/SACRAMENTO KINGS etc. logos to give an idea of what I was looking for but I''ve mostly received TEXT ONLY submissions or graphics easily found online thrown together to make a logo.  Because the harley davidson-like logos were included in the brief, I didn''t feel the need to provide additional links.  Also, I was looking for an original so I didn''t know where I might find something similar.  After my updates I received only a few submissions that took my feedback for all of you into consideration.

Sorry you feel that way vijay gupta

You may have thought you were clear but feedback is key when asking for work to be done on your behalf.

IMO my design was clearly inspired by the UPS logo and the KINGS logo which you selected, including text AND graphics, in an enclosed space(not a rectangular as you said you didnt like it). After asking for feedback numourous times, I feel(maybe on behalf of everyone) that designs would have been better and more to your taste.

I believe the best graphic designers need to imitate before they can innovate, giving us more research material allows designers to be more experimental and creative.
