This should be a book cover suitable for print (both trade paperback and hardcover).
The front cover should show a golden pocket watch on a chain, nestled in the snow, somewhat similar to the picture of the Lord of the Rings’ ring in snow attached below. The watch is open, allowing us to see the clocks hands and the date, which reads Feb 29, or just 29. (If you need a picture of where the date approximately goes on the pocket-watch, I put a picture in the link). If possible, I’d like the watch to have a small smear of blood on it.
The spine should say Bordering Shadow.
The back cover should continue the picture as the snow drops off into some sort of canyon. The canyon should have little tongues of flames leaping up, with smoke only beginning to billow.
The back cover text should read: Two years after a catastrophic war, the world teeters on the brink of chaos. From the ashes of order rose the SLADE, a ruthless criminal organization contracted to kill for the highest bidders. When SLADE agent Connor Matthias severs all ties with his shadowy employers, he finds himself on the run and deeply entangled in a sinister plot that threatens the already-strained fabric of the new world order. As friends turn into enemies and the death toll climbs higher, Connor must learn that in order to defeat his adversaries, he has to be willing to cross the line that separates good from bad and light from shadow.
The text on the cover should read:
Series Name-- Malevolent Destiny Book 1: (in smaller letters than title, and situated directly above the title)
Title--Bordering Shadow
Author-- Mitchell Sturhann
