The fee offered is £80 for 1st place.  with the conversion it equates to 125 USD.

I am not looking for anything too complicated here. Just a basic design with text and photos placed on it.

ups sorry i didnt see the £ mark..in the first time i think it was US$
you said £80 =125 USD, the real fact we will get £68 = $106,25 cash, this site will cut 15% from the prize.
not sure..but i will try to submit my artwork...
