It is very kind of you to ask.
In fact I am feeling rather frustrated and depressed at the moment.
This was my third motor vehicle accident in my life, and so my third brain injury also.
My brain injury has the effect of making everything really difficult; even simple things.
I have great difficulty maintaining the mental focus required of any task, although my intelligence remains intact.
Therein lies one source of my frustration. It is also difficult to be in large groups due to my hearing hyper-sensitivity.
I am sure that my answer is way more than you expected, but maybe it will help you and those you share this with to understand brain injury a little more?!
Also I am alone today because I chose not to go to a family birthday party.....and feeling sad.
