Graphic Design Brief

We need a graphic design for a Boat Vinyl Wrap. It should depict various fish species on a black textured backgound with a ocean nautical theme.

Please see attached PDF that has a good example of the graphic required, the colours and outlines and its final application on a boat.

The final graphic print will be sized at 6000mm in length by 720mm in height.
