Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new real estate investor services company - InvestWell. First product is a home remodeling cost calculator that real estate investors use to estimate house repair costs before making a purchase offer. We also plan to provide consulting services. The logo should include a house image (to associate brand with real estate rather than financial services) and be modern/contemporary looking. It needs to inspire trust and authority. We market almost completely online but occasionally will do mailings (primarily postcards). Green is the preferred color but open to other suggestions.
