Logo Design Brief
We're a business centered on property management of real estate and development of affordable housing property in new york. Our business is called Caprica Management and we would like to have a logo designed that catches a property owner's eye to use our services. We would like to a minimalist design that uses blue and green (or default black) if possible. The final design should communicate to potential investors that we give them piece of mind with their investments and that we are organized and professional, as well as a modern business that uses technology to manage assets efficiently. (This is why we think the design should be minimalist, linear, and modern.)

Great designs so far! Generally, we're looking to have a white background and not a logo that needs the background to bring it out. Thank you.
