I like the colors, but the R is hard to make out and it needs to feel stronger/ more sense of unity.

Assuming we get a design that we like we will certainly pay the winner. I have used design crowd just a few weeks ago and got a nice design for a separate organization.
So far the submissions fo this project have been fair, that is why i was inviting what looked like better quality designers. I cannot promise you will win, but you can be assurred that our intent is to get a logo and i certainly hope we accomplish that. Would $20 invite fee help? I will review the terms if making it guaranteed helps and they guarantee we will be satisfied with a design, i will consider changing it. As i said we are here to get a logo, not look at samples. The $20 invite is also refunded when a project backs out. This leaves any work that I do vulnerable to non-payment. I am sure you understand. If someone asked you for work and said they may, or may not pay you. If you took your car to the shop with the idea that you may or not pay them. If you when you went to the grocery store thinking... hmmm.. I may or not pay them for this food depending how it turns out. It is for you to trust that you are dealing with professionals. If you do not feel that way on Designcrowd, don't use it. At my site, I will charge $2500 upfront for designs from me alone. Good luck.

i understand what you are saying. But then the site should not really make a big deal about 100% satisfaction, there is a difference between not paying for a car repair that fixed a car and not paying for some of the (really bad) designs submitted so far. In your example you want $250 but you could get more on DC, so yes there is some risk. Lastly, guaranteed payment does not guarantee you will the contest. I thought since i was looking for something you already did a majority of the work style (TP) it might be easy money. Regardles i appreciate your feedback and taking the time to explain you position - which i do follow. cheers.
