Logo Design Brief

I own a business that builds custom smokers ,BBQ Pits, Fire Pits, Fencing, Truck Accessories and all things related to metal and welding. I really specialize in smokers and BBQ pits. But I need a logo that is easy to read, but catches the eye of the reader. I need something that looks good against a black background as well as a white one. I love the color lime green, but it doesn't have to be in t he logo. I want something very professional that relays what I do. I don't want a cartoon picture of a bbq grill. But pictures are ok as long as they relay a message of what I do and aren't cartoonish or cheap looking.
