Logo Design Brief

i am a real estate agent out in a very expensive area. I would like to have a logo with my name . I don't have any specific requests. i only want my name look good and recognizable, easy "readable". Plus I am thinking about including my company's logo into my logo somewhere. But I will need somebody's advice , if it is a good idea, or not. Attached is the logo of my company. Thank you.
