Signage Design Brief

We are building a new subdivision in South Carolina and are looking for a logo that we will use on the signage at the entry of the subdivision. The homes are high-end, Charleston/bungalow style homes. We would like some sort of image as well as the name Charleston Walk (perhaps an image relating to Walk or trail). Perhaps consider lighter colors and would like the design to be quaint and soft.
