The honest idea behind it in terms of pricing However is many differences here 1. We are 3 floors story ( 29th ,30th and 31st floor ) with impressive views both citiy and sea in HK 2. The food it''s been designed for sharing meaning you will have small plates to have a taste and big classic italian roast to share on the table 3. Design is a bit more insdustrial Nontheles the line is right you could say is inspired in some of my favorite restaurants around the world ; babboo NY , La bestia LA , Polpo LDN ( Which I believe it''s been the inspiration for IL Pirata ) etc
