Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for out Rotisserie Chicken Catering company. As you may have guessed we cater rotisserie chicken for large parties with a choice of sides. We were thinking something along the lines of a crest but will defer to the judgement of the designer. Honestly, the logo won't be highly scrutinized. We just need something that's simple and distinguishable. More importantly, we need various file formats: high resolution JPG, PDF, Transparent PNG,AI File, EPS, and fonts used. Hopefully this covers all the file formats. Please let us know if there are any we should add to the list as we are not IT experts. We will be using the logo on our marketing material and website so it is paramount that we are able to use the logo across all of these marketing mediums. Additionally, we will be posting a subsequent flyer project if this experience goes well. Thanks.
