The watermark should be available in a light grey/white and dark / charcoal colour versions so that the most suitable one can be applied to photos based upon the photo colour.
The watermark should not be too intrusive or overly obscure the underlying image. Ideally the the watermark would convey a slight sense of femininity, class and possibly some photographic relevance (I want to avoid cliche here). My photography is art based and deals in nude, fetish, gothic and some fashion genres. It is important that the watermark is readable so that interested parties can google me and find me when there is no live metadata linked to the photo. One issue is that there are several "kelly anne photography" businesses across the world that are more established than mine. I am based in Sydney NSW Australia.
The logo needs to be available as a gif for watermarking and a jpeg for web page / banner.

Requirements
Must have
- The ability to be readable, identifiable when applied to images with reduced opacity of the logo as a watermark.
- Light Grey colour and charcoal colour versions.
Nice to have
- Possibly a different font or character spacing with the words "Kelly Anne" and "Photography"
- Other... I have considered an alternate business name "Digital Halides"
Should not have
- Should not have too much 'bulk' i.e. the watermark itself must not detract from or significantly obscure the photograph on which it is placed. Bear in mind that batch processing often results in the watermark being placed in a fixed position on the photo such as the lower left hand corner rather than being moved around to where it fits or where it might not clash with the photo content.
