Logo Design Brief

We need a design for a new property development company.
We build and project manage contemporary luxury homes in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Our Homes are ranging between $2m - $9m Prestige Homes and $1.5m-$5million Priced Luxury Apartments.
We would like to see designs similar to "Lurpak Butter" logo and word positioning and insignia on top or similar.
We hope to have a logo that looks good in black and white or monotone or grayscale for ease of printing.
We hope to establish a "brand" with our logo. The word "PREMIER" is the main font word & Master Builder as secondary focus on the logo
