Will the outing be gregarious and casual, or structured with an agenda like an off-site meeting? About how many male Oncology nurses will wear this shirt too? Are there any words or catch-phrases you'd like to use? What kind of message do you want to send on the back of the shirt? Examples: honoring lost battles, defiance against cancer, a theme of caring & interconnectedness, honoring one another (as nurses), or something radically funny ...?

We are a large unit and also out patient oncology staff will wear, I sent out a note to all designers hoping you all received,  it had a few phrases the design will go on the back with the phrases on the front is the hospital logo

Im looking for maybe a fist that appears to be breaking through bricks, maybe the bricks with different cancer diseases on them, or maybe a circle with ribbon people intertwining together. Some sayings "Breaking through cancer" "Oncology nurses we are in your blood"
