Icon Design Brief

We are Future Grafix, a leading multi-fascited print production company looking for 5 icons to help promote our services across all media’s.

OUR ELEVATOR PITCH:
Do you just wish you could trust one company to do it all well?
Relax. You can. We got it covered. You have so many relationships to maintain, accounts to manage and decisions to make. Wouldn't life be easier if you could trust just one company to understand your brand and integrate it into your print, sign, display, apparel and promotional marketing well?
With Future Grafix you can. Relax, we’ve got it covered.

OUR REQUEST:
We are looking for 5 icons/symbols to be used in our print and signage material as well as on our new website.

The 5 sectors and colours we use to represent each is as follows:
PRINT - Yellow: C4 M0 Y93 K0
SIGNS - Orange: C0 M60 Y100 K0
DISPLAY - Pink: C0 M100 Y0 K0
PROMOTIONAL - Purple: C65 M95 Y0 K0
APPAREL - Green: C55 M0 Y100 K0

The icon backgrounds could be these colours with a simple black/white pictogram on them, or they could have a clear background with the pictograms in the colours.

Within each of our services we produce the following:

PRINT business cards, comp slips, business forms, envelopes, stickers
brochures, greeting cards, posters, letterhead, pads, carbonless books labels, flyers, postcards, invites

SIGNS permanent, temporary, vehicles, 3-d, post 'n' panel, buildings, pylons, magnetic, illuminated, banners, blackboards, window graphics,
whiteboards, pavement signs,

DISPLAY banner stands, roll-ups, pop-up counters and towers, brochure and catalogue stands flags, display walls, poster stands and frames,
display lighting, canvas printing,

PROMOTIONAL pens, umbrellas, calculators, confectionary, keyrings, bathroom, leisure, desktop, tools, magnets, clocks, drinkware, personal gifts, sports, golf, conference, lights

APPAREL screen printing, embroidery and rubber based transferring, plus supply of a massive clothing range of tee-shirts, polos, caps, beanies, jerseys, corporate and high vis workwear,

GUIDELINES:
The icons will need to be vector based icons/pictograms and should be simple, clear and easily identifiable. They will be used in conjunction with our logo in our printed marketing material as well as for navigation on our new website and as large signs on our building, and in other media’s as required. I have uploaded our new letterhead, Invoice and Statement design to give you a feel for our brand.
