Web Design Brief

We need a web designer/programmer for Young Lilies Ltd in London who's primary aid is to assist young people to find activities they'd like to do in their area. the ActivitySearch is mainly a post code or key word search engine. my brief attached shows what I want the web to do and how it should look. the Friends/DofEers page is almost like a dating site. instead of choose blond hair blue eyed, young people search for friend who's doing similar activities or wearing the same size mountain boot etc so that they could share. hope it all make sense. I really want the website to go live and launch party at the end of Sept/early Oct. hope that's realistic. Thank you. Regards, Lil
