Logo Design Brief

We're starting a new company to sell products related to grilling. Here is a video for one of the products we're launching: http://youtu.be/fuPQ35LpwSQ
Since the majority of our products are related to organic charcoal, we were thinking the logo should look like it is a charcoal sketch. We need a logo for Eko Grilling Products, Inc. to be used on business cards, etc. The word Eko should also be able to stand alone when necessary.
