Brochure Design Brief

We need a new corporate/high end home services brochure for our new door to door sales team.

This Job will likely need the same designer for other content and marketing collateral that we need designed as part of this project.

We have just merged 2 companies and we would like that to be considered in the design of the brochure, using the merger as a selling point, so we would like the 2 companies logos to be used together in a creative way to signify that "SkyRocket Property Services" have merged with "House Washing Experts" and as you'll hopefully understand we have a big focus on both the companies being the best in our industry in Australia.

We have put together a package we will be selling, using this brochure as our sales tool document. So we are looking for something innovative, stylish and should focus on peoples homes and their families.
The parts of the brochure that talk about the dangers of mould will need to have clever design and imagery to remind the home owner about the dangers of mould around the home.

The details of whats included in the package "Section" need to look well presented with a list of the services looking stylish, neat, easy to understand and see the value in.

We would like designers to use the simple example mock up we have provided as a draft for content placement guide and to really take creative control and show us how great you'd design the brochure.

The brochure will be a tri-fold brochure and the inside left and middle panels will have the information and package items listed for the customer to keep until the service day. The far right inside panel will be an information section that needs to look secure and simple, and safe as our team will be taking payment at the door and holding on to the far right panel that will have a perforated line cut into the card board package certificate.

On the details section, each brochure we have printed will have an individual certificate number. This number will be on the part that the customer keeps and the part that we keep. The area for the number can stay blank as we will have to organise this at print stage unless you have a suggestion for that.
This brochure will be printed on thick card at high resolution so attention to detail is important. As long as the logo colours are used we want to see it done well.

There is a section on the back that says back of the customer details form about The Cash Back App(tm) promotion. Please leave this blank for the moment and we will work with a designer on this section separately. Please look at both of our websites when designing the brochure.

Below I have put all the text content. This can be modified to an extent for the design, but needs to have all the content. Because there is a reasonable amount of text please try and make the brochure flow and not look crowded.
