Illustration Design Brief

We need a wide-angle, open view of a one-room studio apartment, as if one of the walls was removed and we are looking in from the side (see attached sketch and images for crude idea of angle, layout, colours etc) and displaying a kitchen/ eating area, a lounge area and a view of the front entrance.

Within this room should be all items listed on the sketch accompanied by black squares next to each item (not circles as in the drawing) NOTE: Layout of room is open for suggestions. No set preference and welcome clean design. The illustration should be simple so that the emphasis remains on these black squares highlighting the certain items within the room.

The image should also not have defined edges, and be suited to blend into a white background seamlessly. Please see attached images for the sketch that includes mandatories, rough ideas of the room angle and some ideas on how it should look (architecture sketch style, CAD style etc). I have also attached the brochure layout so that you can see the colours and design that we are using.

This should be high enough resolution to print in a brochure (preferably vector) and to be scalable to the dimensions of 19cm x 10.5cm
