Just a quick question, would you want the entire name of your of company

about the color scheme, do you wish that color of the logo matches with color of the flash header background?

I wasn't involved in the initial design of the current logo so I can't answer the questions of color and intent. Regarding the globe however, it represents that we are an international/global organization. Members are from all over the world. Hope this helps!
