Greeting Card Design Brief
My client, a healthcare consulting firm, will be sending out approximately 500 New Year's cards to key accounts (hospital CEOs, public health department heads, etc.). We need a look that's professional & sophisticated, while conveying a message that's warm and personal.
The design brief is attached, along with the firm's logo. As you'll see, this project is mostly about typography. I don't have a lot of preconceived notions as to how this should look; I look forward to being surprised. Print size is 5x7 inches (A7). If anything is less than clear, please ask. Thanks!

- Just to clarify the creative brief: This is a die cut card. The "doorway" space is actually cut out of the front of the card. The secondary messaging ("Wishing you every happiness...") is on the inside of the card, along with the logo. A portion of the logo shows through the cutout -- not the whole logo, just enough to tease the recipient ("Who's this from?" "What's that on the inside?"). When submitting designs, please include BOTH the cover and the inside of the card. My client wants to get an idea of how the two parts relate, what will show through the hole, etc. Thank you!
