Graphic Design Brief

We run a consultancy business that supports organisations in changing the way they operate, in helping leaders and managers in to do their job and in supporting cultural change. We write various books on the topic with one coming out shortly called "Creating Authentic Organizations" by Robin Ryde and Lisa Sofianos

We need to have a designed diagnostic tool (In 2 parts) that allows people to complete a 30 question self-diagnostic, that then tells them how authentic they are in the workplace, and in which aspects they are particularly strong/need help. We already have one that we have designed ourselves but need something that is a little more professional looking. However, the content and main presentation elements (such as the scoring process and graphs for completing scores) need to remain the same. We would also like to retain the main logo theme of the coloured fingerprint.

The audience for the tool will be employees within organisations of all sizes and sectors. It needs to be easy to follow, to carry some of the identifiers/images shown in the attached document (e.g the fingerprint, and the magenta colour), and as it relates to the workplace the styling shouldn't be too fancy.

Must have

• Fingerprint image. Colours that work well with image. Consistent and clear use of shading (or better solution) to assist with scoring the diagnostic/ questionnaire. PLEASE BE AWARE we are not just (even) looking for a logo, we want a design, based on the original, of a questionnaire/answer booklet and the guidance notes that follow.
