We need a logo design for our new leadership coaching business based in Houston called "Clear Horizon Leadership." The design will be used on business cards, letterhead, the website, and in other similar situations. The logo should be modern in style, convey trust, and a sense of direction.

Some of you have a sense of the sun on the horizon. I do like these first cuts.
I want to make sure that it doesn't seem like a sunset. Maybe a little bit of a sleepy feeling. Sunrise is more hopeful. (Not to be nitpickie, but now that I am seeing submissions I wanted to note this feeling.)

- I would like the logo to convey as sense of directional clarity. The target market is entrepreneurial companies under $100 million in revenue, not Fortune 500. The coaching is based on principles and tools that help a company's leaders become "strong" in six key components of their business: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, Traction (see eosworldwide.com for further background).
I don't have a preconceived notion on this logo, but I do sense it should have a modern feel, and it should convey as sense of purpose and direction.
