HI Pat, it will be 8.5 x 11 I have no wording, as long as I can edit wording later, the design layout and font is the main focus. we are trying to highlight the following: our commitment to quality service. our complete and consistent performance, our strict attention to detail, and our dedication to the needs of our clients. and also our wide skill set that allows us to effectively maintain all aspects of commercial buildings and properties.

Do you have a website to get info from, will it be single sided?
