Banner Ad Design Brief

I am working on a new website and need some banners for the main service pages. I will need 5 in total and may potentially choose from multi-designers and increase the payment or will choose the designer for all 5 based on the first one.

I am including a s the link to the development site. all the graphics in there at the moment are conceptual but give you an idea of what I am looking for.

On the home page I am looking for the main banner to represent an organisation moving or transitioning to the cloud but I want to use an individual (like a runner) to represent that.

I would like a text overlay for that banner to say: "Businesses don't transition themselves, so what are you waiting for?" or "Get ready for business at the speed of sound"

On the About page I am looking for two banners. The first one to depict an Australian city street with a text overlay to say: "We stand for mid-market Australia". The second one to depict a local government/council image with a text overlay to say "We are local government and public sector experts"

On the Advisory page I am looking for a banner that depicts "trust" in a professional business sense with a text overlay to say "Challenge yourself - or have us do it for you"

On the Consulting page I am looking for two banners. The first one to depict "getting your hands dirty" or "getting in there and getting the job done" with a text overlay to say "If you want success in your business put us there". The second one with an image to depict a competitive consulting environment with a text overlay to say "We understand we are an option but our approach is to make you a priority"
