Flyer Design Brief

We are a community pharmacy that is relocating to new premises and as a result changing our name also. Our current name is Church Street Pharmacy and our new name will be Old Chapel Pharmacy. I want to include a relocation map and also stress the fact that the only thing changing is the name and the location. Everything else will stay the same but newer!
Current address is 23 Church Street, Oswestry, SY11 2SU. New address Old Chapel Pharmacy, 14 English Walls, Oswestry, SY11 2PA. The phone numbers will remain the same - 01691 652160 and 0800 6121979. The date for opening in our new location is Monday 17th November 2014.
