Advertisement Design Brief

I am organising an event and have a very tight deadline of getting the artwork ready. I need a larger size design that can be embedded and emailed out as a pdf and possibly printed on half A4 pamphlets - then i need this design to be carried out within the following designs:

Web Banner:
Leaderboard (Width) 897px by (Height) 100px
Format Jpg, Png, Gif, Swf


Newsletter Ad:
Leaderboard (Width) 700px by (Height) 86px
Format Jpg, Png, Gif

I would like the design to be really fun and flirty, a bit chic but also nostalgic.... I have attached some designs that i like and some images i would like to see used for inspiration. I am happy to buy and stock or shutter stock image if one cannot be found. I just want high quality, appealing to kids etc...

Please don't just use the images i have given here, I am really looking for your creative input.

I have given a sample of the font i like for the words Teddy Bears Picnic.

The design will need to include the date
Saturday November 22nd 2014 11 - 4pm
Special guests performance from the Rag Dolls, So You think you can Dance Australia, jumping castles and more!
The Babysitters club will be there to play games and help entertain your children as well as lots more!

Prizes, giveaways, goody bags....
Just pop some dummy text in...
Credence Independent Advisors present needs to be above The Teddy Bears Picnic
then Al Badia Gold course
Awarded best family brunch of the year by Time Out Kids.

Lastly it needs to include down the bottom - exclusive media partner Mother, baby and Child Magazine.

Target Market(s)

The target market are expat families living in dubai whom are medium to high income earners. They want to have a fun day out at a brunch but this one will be extra fun cause ties themed.

Requirements

Must have

• Must have a great teddy bears picnic image and the branding must be carried through the smaller banner ad sizes. A mix of fonts in the headings is nice... with the teddy bears picnic standing out - it could even be on a baby bunting flag style thing.

Nice to have

• I would like to see a very playful but upmarket design.
• I would love to see 'If you go down to the wood's today....' in their somewhere...

Should not have

• Where to start? It should not be bold and boring but fun, flirty, summer, outdoors, inviting, family orientated, innovative but a bit nostalgic - it is an outdoor picnic...
