Banner Ad Design Brief

Hi, I need a professional designer who can design a template for real estate ads for Craigslist.

The ads I am currently running are OK, but I need them to have a bit more of a professional polish.

Here is what I need:

The ads must direct people to click my "questionnaire", this is a short survey that is completed off site.

The ads should also entice the viewer to contact me thought email or phone.

PLEASE NO COOKIE-CUTTER ADS!. No stock photos, or generic content. These must be original.

I have attached the html for my previous ads. Please provide previous work if you apply for the job.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

You will not have to do anything with the photos in the ads, I can change these out as needed.

You do not need to worry about content, meaning wording.

These ads MUST be full width.

I will need these coded to HTML, not sure if that is feasible with my budget, it not please let me know.
