Newspaper Ad Design Brief
Nonprofit agency needs a simple ad FOR PRINT PUBLICATIONS (newspapers, magazines, etc.) to advertise its Crisis Call Line. Ad should be GRAPHICALLY SIMPLE and bold, eye-catching, and easily increased/decreased in size. The graphic format needs to be at least 300 DPI and should be in both a jpeg and pdf. We will need color and black and white versions.
SIZE OF AD: Since the ad will appear in multiple publications, the ads need to be scalable, or easily increased/decreased in size to increase the chances that publications will place them and to avoid having to have dozens of individually designed ads.
For the purpose of the initial ad design, please design a horizontal ad that is close to 4" tall and 5" long and a vertical ad that is 21/2" wide by 41/2" long. The winning artist will need to provide us will all the ad elements as separate files so that they can be manipulated to produce different size ads. The artist may also be asked to make additional ads in different sizes and languages in the future.
