Logo Design Brief

We need to make a product mark out of an existing company logo. Our company name is Classic Seafood Group, but our product mark should read CLASSIC SEAFOOD. It will be used primarily on cartons and packages of finfish and shellfish in the US - premium quality products. I am attaching the company logo for reference. Our product mark hopefully will be something in keeping with the company logo, but more attractive. We prefer not to use a "cartoon-ish" image.
