Hi!
I just want to ask..
1) Do you have any accompanying text/storyline that's going to be incorporated with the illustrations in the final product?
2) Can you explain the storyline to be conveyed in short phrases if you could please..For Example. "Rich prosperous trout is happy. Meets IRS trout. Gets robbed of his scales. " and so on.. Just so that I have an underlying string of thought to work with and convey the right message.
Thanks.

Hi LeslieAnn,

Here is a semblance of the text on each page.

Page 1

There once was a fish called the green-back trout. He had more green scales than any fish in the lake, but he did not have many friends. Instead of making friends, the trout did his homework, paid attention in school, and worked full-time to save money for the things he wanted.

Page 2

The green-back trout did have a few friends though. The trout was generous with his friends, giving them money to start businesses and go to expensive schools. The green back trout didn’t share with some of the other fish, because the trout knew they wouldn’t spend it wisely.

 Page 3

One day, a tax fish came to the talk to the trout. “You have a lot of green scales, Mr. Green-back. We need to take some of yours to give some to fish that have very few.”

“I worked very hard for these scales.” Mr. Greenback said. “Who will you give them away to?”

 Page 4

“We give them to the people who need them,” the tax fish said rudely “if you don’t share, we have to put you in jail.”

Mr. Greenback gave nearly half of his scales to the tax fish.

Page 5

A few days later the trout went to get some food after work. On the way, he saw all the other fish with his scales. The lazy fish had his scales. The tax fish had his scales. All of the fish around him had the same number of green scales as he did. This made him very sad, because all of his hard work was punished, not rewarded.

Hi there!

I'd like to ask if it is necessary to make cartoons of ALL the five scenes or that just sketches are sufficient (or just one cartoon in full color and the rest as a draft)...

Thanks for answering!

Kind regards,

Loko

Great Question. To clarify, I don't want anything in full color. Black and White Outlines is what I prefer. Thanks for asking.

So you mean that you also want to have black-and-white illustrations in the final release?
By the way, you like the fish to be cartoonish? To get an example of my style, you can visit my webpage www.lokocartoons.nl of visit my Facebook: Loko Cartoons...

Hope you can answer these questions soon.

Kind regards,

Loko

Yes. B&W Outlines is all I am hoping for. I am hoping to get a cartoonish style in the designs, the intent is for use in a children''s book.
