We're looking for a logo design for a residential property management company of private homes based in an upscale community of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I would like the logo to have the look and feel of the "Harris Doyle Homes" logo attached:
- one color, dark blue
- similar architectural style font
- same shape
- words below emblem ("LARSON HOME" in large font and "SERVICES" below in smaller font)
- quaint emblem that conveys peace of mind, your home is in good hands: porch light, bird/nest theme or roof line with light coming through arched window
