Book Cover Design Brief

I need a Book Cover front and back formatted to meet size requirements for Lulu and Amazon Kindle. I would like an Adobe Illustrator file so I can add the Title Text to the Book Cover where ever I need to.

I like the Blue Color tone with "Anartica" style, but Please use Purple Color Tones as main tone, use this reference on color psychology as that is the mood I want to invoke
