Logo Design Brief

We are starting a small business accounts service called 'accounts girl'. We have registered accountsgirl.co.nz for our website.

Primarily our service will offer:
Bookkeeping
Accounts payable
Debtor management
Bank reconciliation
Payroll
Paye/gst/fbt returns
End of year preparation for accountants

In addition we will offer:
Office makeovers
Historical account clean-up
Cloud based office solutions and migration - eg gmail, Dropbox, xero.com accounting package
Training in accounting and other software packages

Our main targets are SME's, especially sole traders and trade's people, as well as individuals/businesses who have not kept their bookkeeping up to date.

My idea for a logo is something sharp and classy - a kind of "Mad Men" look. It should be trustworthy, expert, taking care of the small stuff so that the business owner doesn't need to worry about it.

The by-line for the logo is: Your Smart Office Partner, which essentially is what I want the business to do - to be the solution to all the little problems and nagging worries, cash flow problems and time constraints that weigh down small business owners.
