Web Design Brief
The brief:
OnTrack is a provider of health & weight loss retreats and wish to redesign their main website. The website needs to provide detailed information about the company’s services whilst gathering the maximum number of leads possible. The website does not aim to get clients to ‘book now’ but to request further information, or ask a question generating a lead/opportunity for the business.
Primary objectives of website
• Gather leads for products (not necessarily to book at that point, but to ‘request more info’)
• Provide detailed information about the health and fitness programs on offer
Demographic Considerations
• Target age group: 30-50
• Predominant client base are female but website should be gender neutral due to some men attending
Design considerations
• Essentially selling ‘travel experiences’ and ‘life transformations’ so needs to be lots of images to display (similar to a hotel website for example)
• Images need to display real people – i.e. larger people, rather than super thin
• Not too much use of flash
• SEO friendly (we have good rankings at present)
• Will be implemented into Joomla, so please consider this on the design
• Colours should be ‘warm’ and ‘friendly’ and gender neutral
Project Requirements & Expectations
Please supply your design ideas with:
• At least 1 (preferably more) homepage examples
• At least 1 (preferably more) internal page examples
Once a preferred design has been selected the following will be produced, tweaked and approved:
• Homepage + 1 internal landing page + 1 internal main page + 1 contact page + 1 info request page

We have attached both a homepage and internal page example which demonstates the type of content needed and the calls to action. This is for demonstration purposes only so please ignore colours, fonts, etc and provide your best designs based on a general layout as per attached.
Images:
A selection of example images has been attached. For the homepage images of the retreats themselves should be used alongside images of ‘larger people’.
